I'm having trouble using my Xbox One controller with BO3. When I plug it in, it seems to be detected as I can move up and down through the menus but I don't think its fully being detected because the ui still shows ESC for menu, B for server browser, not showing LB and RB for moving through the options menu ect, also having to use RT for A. I'm looking for a way for the controller to be fully
Xbox live dashboard uses port 3074. This port has no effect on the NAT in black ops 3. Black ops 3 needs port 3075 open. So forwarding port 3075 should give you an open NAT in that game. Ideally UPnP should do this for you but if it's not working properly for some reason then you need to manually forward port 3075.

No, you cannot play Black Ops 3 cross platform. It runs on various platforms like Xbox, Play Station, macOS, and Windows.
