When i click on a ESP or ESL file that I want to translate, it ask me to open with what software, EET translator, but the pop up reappeared everytime and don't open the software. it's impossible to delete -_- caracter when there are space in paragraphs for example. The -_- represent a line break but in option, it's impossible to leave empty.

No. Steam is racist and keep reseting the language to my local language too. Sometimes mods change the language on you, so make sure none of your mods are English only. Turn out it was because mod organizer 2 keeps a local copy of skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini so changing in steam had no effect.
